What CFU should the probiotics I use be?

TL;DR

Choosing the right probiotic involves looking for the highest CFU and a diverse range of species. Preferences like Life-Space Women’s Microflora Probiotic are recommended, but the choice varies internationally. Additionally, the type of capsule, whether gelatin, enteric-coated, or vegetable, is crucial for the best absorption and effect.

Probiotic capsules should have as many CFU (colony forming units) as possible – because we are an international community, that number will differ in each location/by product available, so whatever you can find that has the highest bacteria count with the best range of species will be fine.

There is no hard and fast rule, so just find the best probiotic that fits the bill. We love Life-Space Women’s Microflora Probiotic

Don’t forget to check the capsule types – any gelatin or enteric-coated capsules (even vegetable capsules) must be transferred to plain vegetable caps.
