EFT and NLP claim to rewire your brain so it stops having a negative impact on your body and life, and in this case, your vagina.
Just to be clear, it cannot remove infections or other disease states, and should be used for sexual or vaginal conditions that are triggered by trauma, fear, anxiety, stress responses, and negative thinking loops.
EFT: Emotional Freedom Techniques
EFT can be seen as treating bad mental habits using what they call ‘psychological acupressure’. Things that cause you to feel things you don’t want to feel can be ‘cleared’ away using a system.
These techniques can help clear away compulsive, addictive, anxious, depressive, stuck behaviours; they may alleviate physical issues including chronic pain, and they can help with your vagina by helping with your brain (which controls the body).
The techniques use fingertips and involves a vocal aspect as well as tapping. You can learn how to do this yourself, but a professional is useful to get you started. DVDs and videos are available online. EFT was developed by Gary Craig in the ’90s.
NLP: Neuro-linguistic Programming
NLP can be seen as programming us for a more productive, less mentally-exhausting future. NLP relates to how our bodies function, the language we use to describe it, and the programming we use to create our worlds.
NLP combines these features to give us a better life experience by helping us change behaviours and thinking that no longer serves us. It is a powerful system of change that can be really fun, interesting and change your existence for the better.
NLP was developed by John Gringer, a linguistics expert, Richard Bandler, a mathematics and gestalt therapist, and their studies of Fritz Perls (creator of gestalt therapy) and Virginia Satir (a family therapist). Other influences were Milton H. Erickson, the founder of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
